    Molecular Stratigraphy in the Lacustrine Jiyang Super Depression of Eocene

    • 摘要: 渐新世是济阳坳陷湖盆发育和烃源层形成的重要时期.运用分子地层学的理论和方法, 探讨了它在含油气盆地不同领域的应用.结果表明, 分子地层学研究有助于确定湖相烃源岩中大量分布的无定形有机质的来源, 揭示古沉积环境重建中微生物(包括细菌、古细菌和某些藻类) 的存在和类型, 进行沉积相的精细划分以及层序地层格架的建立和完善.分子地层学在石油地质研究中可以发挥独特的作用, 具有良好的应用前景.
