    Exploration of Durability Evaluation for Ecological Remediation Engineering in Geological Hazard Governance

    • 摘要: 随着国家生态文明建设的深入推进,传统地质灾害治理工程侧重防护强度,在生态保护修复、生态环境质量提升、景观恢复方面的局限日益凸显,生态功能耐久性严重不足。本研究面向减轻地质灾害风险、提升生态效益的核心目标,在地质灾害生态化治理规划设计及生态化治理技术有机配置分析基础上,阐明生态环境与治理工程之间的耦合关系,综合考量工程体耐久性、治理效果耐久性及景观恢复耐久性3个层面,筛选能够客观反映生态耐久性的具体指标,建立地质灾害生态化治理工程耐久性评估指标体系,并提出明确量化方法;评估指标体系包括7个一级指标, 以及13类二级指标和17个三级指标。可推进地质灾害防治生态效益提升和推动生态减灾实践,为地质灾害生态化治理工程方案制定、效果评估提供科学参数和理论支撑。
